Welcome to a mini-season of The HR Bartender Show! So, we decided to put together a few episodes talking about the intersection of talent and technology. I understand that organizations have an immediate need to staff the operation, but it’s time to be more intentional with what the long-term recruiting strategy looks like.
In 2020, in spite of the pandemic-related shutdowns and other business impacts, the HRtechnology industry was within a few M&A deals of the 2019 numbers we were tracking (approximately 50). This represents a vibrant industry full of continuous innovation and providers striving to serve the needs of the HR buyer.

It could be said that we’ve become an app driven society. Apps can really help us in our personal and professional lives. Apps are great.
