Judging Criteria
We're judging posts that we see to provide the highest value to industry professionals. Does your article include useful and actionable information? Is it tactical or strategic? Does it provide short- or long-term value? Those are the types of questions our judges will be asking themselves.
PROCESS AND TIMING
Submitting content for consideration
To nominate an article, please fill out the Typeform above. Articles must have been published between October 18th, 2021 and October 12th, 2022 to be eligible.
Nominations are open until October 12th. After that, our panel of judges will review the nominations and narrow them down to a list of finalists for each category.
Voting
Finalists will be announced on November 14th. Once finalists are announced, we will open up voting to our readers. Voting ends on November 28th. Winners will be announced on December 14th.

Ellie Dailey has been working globally in Corporate Recruitment for the past 20 years. She started recruiting in London for Investment Banks in London, then moved to Dubai and worked with Financial Institutions and Sovereign Wealth Funds throughout the Middle East. She then worked in Regional Talent Acquisition leadership for VISA in Singapore & Asia. She's been working with Tech firms in the Bay Area, California for the past 8 years, and recently moved back home to the UK where she's a Talent Lead for Russell Tobin EMEA.
Ciarán McFadden-Young
Associate Professor in HR at Edinburgh Napier University
Ciarán McFadden is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland. His research, teaching, and praxis focuses on Equality, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and takes a cross-disciplinary approach that involves HRD, sociology, labor economics, and psychology, particularly specializing in LGBTQ workplace inclusion and discrimination. Ciarán was a visiting Fulbright Scholar at the Williams Institute at UCLA . He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of HRD, where he leads the Research Committee, and he is also a Fellow of the Global Labor Organization.
