The term “employeebenefits” is used regularly, but often with a limited, traditional definition in mind. The traditional concept refers to legally mandated benefits plus a few voluntarily added by employers. What are employeebenefits? . Employeebenefits are non-salary compensation and perks.
However, some employers want to provide it despite the expense because they say the benefit makes attracting and retaining employers easier.
