By coaching, I mean sitting down with someone to debrief their 360-degree feedback results and helping them to create an action plan. These leaders had recently received 360-degree feedback and were provided coaching by internal HR professionals. Conversely, only 34% of those who reported that they did not receive sufficient coaching felt the 360 process was effective.
