Planning a conference is an enormous undertaking, especially of this magnitude, and is reliant upon a number of people working hard in addition to their full-time jobs. At the SHRM National Conference this year in Chicago, Johnny Taylor , SHRM’s new CEO, will take the stage and many in attendance will get to meet the man for the very first time.
