As the pandemic continues to wreak havoc and delay a return to the office, people managers are struggling with how to address the needs of the hybrid workforce. The HR game has changed and they need to understand a much wider range of employee motivations to be an effective leader. It’s no longer enough to look simply at skillsets, experience, and work ethic alone when hiring.
Our lives have changed considerably recently— and so has the workplace. Shifts in work environments have led to adjustments significantly impacting how we work. At one point, we wondered when we would return to normal, but now, we’re adjusting to a new normal.
In our quest to discover how the pandemic impacted organizations from HR’s point of view, Intoo surveyed HR professionals across the U.S. spanning every major industry. The insights were presented in our 2021 Workforce Trends Report.
