It’s a good and very well argued point and although I still remain cautious about relying on national stereotypes (see my last post), stereotypes exist for a reason, and the more diverse we make our workforces and particularly top management, generally the more successful we’ll be. One of my favourite conferences is the Economists talent management summit which I spoke at last year and this blog has been supporting for three years now (see my competition to attend and blog for me at this years event). So I do think these last two rules are new, and itll be interesting to see whether they come up at the Economists event.
