In this setting, 360-degree assessments are regularly administered (somewhere between 12 – 24 months) and managed by the organization’s’ talentdevelopment team to ensure leaders have the feedback they need.
Assess their talentdevelopment plans. Where does cross-functional communication break down? How can this person improve communication between teams and departments? What is their succession planning strategy? Leaders should groom successors. Who do they see as ready to succeed them?
