But the key thing is that we need to be using it ourselves - as this will help us understand these technologies opportunities and limitations.
And I also agree that use of a broader social networking system to share vacancies and allow people to promote themselves will increasingly become the norm (I’m less sure about the future for separate social networking tools that just support career development – see Taleo’s recent report on social talent ).
