Once hired, if there is no fit between the person and the job or organization, the person will eventually quit. These three forces are the fundamental pillars of talentacquisition.
In today’s digital world, video content has become an essential tool for recruiters looking to stay ahead of the curve in the highly competitive hiring landscape.
