Kanjoya
SEPTEMBER 11, 2015
As someone who works on a product to increase diversity in the workforce, it has been exciting to witness the media attention around diversity issues this year. While I am encouraged by the discourse and the positive changes it can foster, I have become increasingly aware of what is largely left out of the conversation. Kanjoya Can Help.

The company extends an offer, the candidate negotiates, and then it’s done! Sounds easy, enough, right? It is, until suddenly you’re the hiring manager. Here’s what the hiring manager is actually doing in order to get the best person on board.

how to manage a hard worker who’s making mistakes

She goes the extra mile, never complains, stays late and always volunteers to help…but lately I have noticed she is getting lax on things like returning important emails in a timely manner or getting things done that I asked her to do. know she is busy as we all are right now because we are understaffed and everyone is doing their best to fill the gaps. Do I let it go with the excuse that we are all so busy right now or do I address it? She is pretty hard on herself naturally, so I want to make sure that I address this carefully.
