If you uncover a problem in the results, look for a solution, then work on implementing the answer, and you will see positive results.
It was a well-planned event, with thoughtful presentations and meaningful insights. My colleagues were looking for ways to drive employee engagement, along with techniques to build an exceptional employee experience. Yet, it became painfully clear that humanresources (HR) leaders can only do so much.
Yet, these findings were overshadowed by the discovery that 59% indicated that performance reviews “do not have an impact on how they do their jobs;” instead, they called them a “needless HR requirement.” [i]. Again, these tools are not designed to replace an organization’s current performance appraisal process or its talent review methods.
