I’m really looking forward to attending this year’s WorkHuman Conference because one of the speakers, Pandit Dasa, a mindfulness expert and former monk, is speaking on mindful leadership. Described as “the Woodstock for HR” by Globoforce CEO, Eric Mosely, WorkHuman isn’t our parents’ HR conference.

Attending HR conferences successfully – getting the most out of the experience – really has taken careful planning and tons of time management. I’ve been affiliated with Globoforce ’s WorkHuman conference since its inception in 2015.

We knew early on that this event was going to be focused on learning and education. Sarah is passionate about learning (she’s even written a book for children!) so she jumped in and took on the task of reaching out to business school faculties and grad students to invite them to attend.
