Today’s Time Well Spent from our friends atKronos reminded me that organizations have an obligation to their customers and stakeholders. If your organization is having a tough time delivering good customer service because you simply don’t have enough employees, then look at your recruiting strategies.
A few weeks ago, I wrote about Kronos’ new next generation workforce management solution called Workforce Dimensions. Dr. Thomas Walsh is the director of data science atKronos, where he leads the application of cutting edge machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to workforce data.
