Executives are getting the message about employeeengagement. The DecisionWise second annual State of EmployeeEngagement survey showed a 13% increase in the percentage of executives who feel employeeengagement is very important and a 35% increase among all managers.
An employee’s perception of internal growth and development opportunities is one of the more important predictors of employeeengagement. Understanding this, we were disappointed to discover, through our latest research, that the employee perception of internal opportunities is the lowest it has ever been.
