One of my favourite conferences is the Economists talent management summit which I spoke at last year and this blog has been supporting for three years now (see my competition to attend and blog for me at this years event). This week it’s been my first conference this year (other than crashing the HR Directors Business Summit hashtag last week). This is Learning Technologies which I manage to attend in one role or another most years - last year I was a speaker and this year I’ve been on the blog / tweet-squad for the second day of the conference.
