The world of Human Resources (HR) has seen a significant transformation in recent years, largely due to the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. AI technologies in HR are not just about automating routine tasks; they represent a shift towards more efficient, data-driven decision-making.
And that’s not a bad thing, but it does mean that we need to get more comfortable with today’s technology concepts. A few weeks ago, I wrote about Kronos’ new next generation workforce management solution called Workforce Dimensions. That’s why I’m very excited to share today’s interview with you.
