Hayley Doran

Hayley Doran, Chief Growth Officer, joined Humana in May 2021. Since joining Humana, Hayley has introduced and led a Specialty Go to Market Strategy, partnered with the Dental network team to foster growth and network expansion, led the Product team in a product roadmap expansion, and stood up a National Specialty Sales Organization.

Hayley brings more than 28 years of experience in the Group Ancillary benefits space to the organization. Before joining Humana, Hayley worked at Guardian Life Insurance, where her most recent role was Divisional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic South Division. During her tenure at Guardian, she mastered the group insurance business, first as an individual contributor and then through several leadership roles. She has also been a panelist for women’s leadership events and a recipient of several sales achievement awards.

Hayley holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from SUNY Stony Brook.​

John Lahr

Dr. John Lahr is an engaging educator, writer, and frequent speaker on a number of topics related to primary eye care, including anterior segment eye disease, nutraceuticals, posterior segment eye disease, coding and billing, healthcare delivery systems, and integrated eye care. Dr. Lahr received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1974. He founded The Eye Clinics, a five-office primary eye care group practice in East Central Minnesota. In 1984, Dr. Lahr integrated his practices with ophthalmology and began providing his patients with co-managed care while developing care models with several ophthalmologists. He was an original member of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee of the American Optometric Association (AOA), which develops practice standards and protocols for the profession. Dr. Lahr served as AOA's first representative to the American Medical Association's CPT coding committee while serving on the Eye Care Benefits Center, which he chaired for two years. He is a past president of the Minnesota Optometric Association (MOA.)

Dean Fry

Dean M. Fry, DDS earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Abilene Christian University in 1987, and his Doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1991. Dr. Fry was in private practice until 2001. During the course of his more than 28 years in the dental and dental benefits industry, Dr. Fry has consulted for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Healthcare Regulatory Group, working with a variety of healthcare entities across the nation. While still in practice, Dr. Fry began working with the health insurance industry in 1999. Dr. Fry currently serves as Chief Dental Officer for Humana. Utilizing clinical knowledge and experience coupled with data analytics, Dr. Fry and his team remain focused on oral health, wellness, and lifelong well-being for the entirety of Humana membership.
