Yesterday I delivered another training day on re-engineering performance management via Symposium Events. So we talked about Adobe, Juniper, Kelly and most of the other case studies of radical change, and we reviewed some of the key technologies eg Work.com, BetterWorks, CultureAmp, ReviewSnap, Bonusly etc which these and other organisations are using to facilitate the change. I'm also unconvinced by some of the rest of the session.

Nobody enjoys performance reviews. They are an annual event that costs everyone in your business time and money while generating little to no lasting improvements.
