It’s not a very diverse list, and hopefully that’s something that the recruitment agency can improve on. I’ve been a bit ambivalent about HR Magazine’s list of Most Influentials in the past (though obviously a bit less so now that I’m on it!) MORE

In larger organizations with strong commitments to Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) goals, the criteria goes so far as to require diversity of candidates. Companies with predecision scorecards to assess assignee fit can include gender diversity as one metric. MORE

While most corporate cultures are focused on engineering the most common goal of every business, some employers are repositioning their cultures to address social inequality as well as drive diversity & inclusion.
