Millennials’ ranks have swelled to fill the gap, with Gen Z (those born between 1995 and 2010), soon entering the workforce as well. In fact, Zappos’ “digital and technology-focused” hiring strategies, which incorporates everything mentioned here and much more, has landed the company on Fortune Magazine’s prestigious 100 Best Companies to Work For list. It’s safe to say that 2015 truly became “the year of digital technology.” MORE

According to a 2010 Pew Research report , nearly four out of 10 surveyed Millennials have a tattoo. In 2010 the case was settled out of court for $100,000. This policy covered all scent based products such as candles, air fresheners, and even magazine samples. MORE
