Kim has more than 15 years of experience practicing business, executive compensation, employee benefits, and healthcare law. Kim serves as a resource for consultants and clients on regulatory and legal issues relating to employee benefits. As a member of the National Compliance Team for Gallagher’s Benefits & HR consulting division, she writes articles and develops resources to educate clients and consultants on a wide variety of health and welfare issues.
Andrew Malahowski, JD, is Area Senior Vice President and Compliance Counsel for the South Central and Heartland Regions for the Benefits & Human Resources Consulting division of Gallagher. Prior to joining Gallagher in 2014, he was a partner in a Chicago law firm where he represented both public and private sector employers in a broad range of employee benefit matters. His experience includes design and administration issues as well as compliance concerns under ERISA, the ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
