As a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and consulting CFO, Mark has been building investing in, and advising startups since 2010. He founded several consulting practices and cofounded both a SaaS company and a subscription box business. In his day job, Mark owns and operates SPRCHRGR and Supporting Strategies | Los Angeles, two businesses working together to provide finance and accounting resources and leadership to hundreds of growing startups, small businesses, and nonprofits. He also keeps busy in a multitude of diverse yet related additional roles, including startup board member & advisor, Treasurer of Los Angeles Venture Association and Women Founders Network Foundation, cryptocurrency enthusiast, university guest lecturer, and volunteer mentor to entrepreneurs through local accelerator and incubator programs. Leo Gestetner
As a serial entrepreneur for over 30 years, Leo Gestetner is the:

- Co-Founder & CEO of Zenvoy (Building A.I. Driven Private Networking Communities)
- Founder of Heath Capital (A private equity firm that takes active control positions in Technology ventures)
Leo's passion is for The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), a non-profit organization providing entrepreneurship training and education programs to young people from low-income urban communities. He is currently Chairman of NFTE LA, where they activate the entrepreneurial mindset in over 7,000 students per year. He is also a triathlete and has two teenage kids.
Michael S. Kraus
Mr. Kraus is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Expak Logistics, a national provider of routed small package distribution and warehousing and fulfillment services.
Mr. Kraus began his career with the New York-based private equity firm Chancery Lane Capital, as well as Chancery’s principal investment vehicle, Big Flower Holdings. Following the sale of Big Flower in 1999, Mr. Kraus was a chief architect of Chancery’s PIPE Investment in Moore Corporation in 2000. He helped engineer the sale of Moore’s successor, Moore Wallace, to RR Donnelley & Sons Company, creating an approximately $11 billion global printing and business services company. At RR Donnelley, Mr. Kraus had responsibility for strategic transactions with a particular focus on the company’s Logistics, European and Asian operations.
Subsequently, Mr. Kraus became the Managing Member of Krest Capital, a Los Angeles-based private investment and advisory firm, and a Principal with OpenGate Capital, a global private investment firm. While in these roles, Mr. Kraus completed numerous investments and operational turnarounds across a variety of industries, including paper, packaging, food & beverage, and supply chain operations. Mr. Kraus holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Bucknell University.
