Ben Eubanks

Ben Eubanks is an author, speaker, and researcher living in Huntsville, AL. He spends his days learning about the talent technologies and HR practices that set great organizations apart from the rest. His book, Artificial Intelligence for HR, may sound like a textbook, but it's essentially a guide to leveraging technology to create a more human experience for employees around the world. He also hosts We're Only Human, a podcast focusing on improving human resources, one HR pro at a time. When he's not speaking or writing, he spends time with his four kids and runs in a variety of outlandish races for fun.

Felix Eichler

Felix Eichler is co-founder and CTO of Userlane. A member of the Forbes 30 under 30 for Technology 2021, Felix co-founded the business with CEO, Harmut Hahn, in 2015.

As an expert programmer from a young age, Felix was accepted into the Technical University of Munich at the age of 15 to study Computer Science, but ultimately dropped out to focus on his work at Userlane.

Prior to founding Userlane, Felix and Hartmut had been working together on bespoke, freelance software development projects, only to be asked by clients to provide training for clients on the new software, which would prove to be time-consuming and costly. This was when the idea for Userlane was born – to accelerate software adoption, without the pitfalls of traditional training.
