A steady start to Q4 executive demand was buoyed in October by a higher share of lower-level roles. Opened search volume was flat MoM from September to October. After a quarter with lesser demand for Director & Below searches, October opened search volume has returned to the trailing 12-month average. That QoQ gain in lower-level demand came at the expense of C-Suite openings, which dipped back below 50% of opened searches.
