I also don’t feel comfortable holding team meetings in conference rooms on the days we are on-site. You can make it clear you’re not going to hold group activities or team meetings in conference rooms while there’s still a threat to anyone’s health, and leave it at that. In fact, I’d argue it requires the opposite.
