Job Seeker: Someone who hasn’t yet applied, but is searching for a job. Candidate: Someone who has applied and qualifies for the job. Passive Candidate : Someone who has a job they like and an employer they are content to work for. Not the same as a Performance Management System. Open Enrollment.
